How to buy from us
We offer 3 ways to buy from us:

1. Click & Collect - Order online and collect within 2 hours - 7 days a week 8am - 8pm.
​
2. Instore - Call in to our shop during opening hours.
​
3. Nationwide Delivery - Starting from £2.99 have your products delivered on a next day service* Most orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day.

Click & Collect
​
- Place your order online.
- We put orders out from 9am - 5pm, order placed after 5pm may not be put out until 9am the following morning.
- Select the 'Collect Instore' option and any delivery charges will be removed.
- Await an email saying your order is ready (within 2 hours of placing your order)
- Come along at any time to suit you (8am - 8pm, 7 days a week), and help yourself to your goods from our Click and Collect building.
- If you are purchasing live birds you will need to fill in a collection day and time (up to 7 days ahead).
- To remove the shipping charge please find the 'My Cart' page and follow the instructions below clicking on the drop down arrow to reveal the other shipping or collection options.

- We will be on hand to offer any help and advice you may need.

Nationwide Delivery
​
Order all your chicken keeping products online for delivery direct to your door (we are unable to deliver live birds).
​
We aim to send the majority of orders out the same working day (if received before 11am).
​
Due to the nature of chicken keeping, a lot of our products are large in size and weight therefore we have a range of weight brackets for our shipping.
​
Rather than build the price of shipping into products (and increase product charges), we are open and transparent with costs and we charge shipping at cost. You can order up to 20kg's per £7.99 shipping charge and for an additional £4.99 another 20kgs can be added.
​
Any items measuring over 1 metre (when packed) will be sent via Evri or another courier on a 3-5 day service and will be priced on dimensions rather than weight. This would include items such as turf protector/brooms etc.
​
Most orders are despatched the same day (Monday -Friday) if ordered before 11am and will be sent on a next working day delivery with DPD couriers. However, during busy periods please allow up to 5 working days (very rarely will it be this long).

* December - During December the couriers inevitably have delays so please order in plenty of time as we can't guarantee delivery dates. Black Friday always causes courier delays, followed by increased Christmas deliveries and occasional snow in areas! We will still send your items promptly but can't offer a guaranteed next day service and apologise for any delays, please allow up to 7 days although this is incredibly rare.
Maximise Your Shipping Costs
Due to our shipping weight brackets, we encourage customers to maximise the weight range they fall into for maximum value. You will be able to see your shipping weight bracket once you reach checkout (the weight of packaging is also taken into account).
