Serama's are the smallest breed of chicken in the world and this means the chicks are tiny!  Care needs to be taken that they can reach food and water and are kept plenty warm enough.
 
We often have chicks available but as with all pure breed chicks they will be unsexed.
 
With iridescent feathers showcasing breathtaking shades of green and purple, these rare birds, originally bred in Indonesia, are hard to capture in photographs.
 
Our breeding group are very hardy and are very good layers of cream/pale coloured eggs.
 
We regularly hatch chicks from late February and they are available from day old onwards.
 
You will need to be set up with a very large, secure container, heat lamp or heat plate and chick crumb (all available to buy instore).
 
Please note pure breed chicks are unsexed and unfortunately we can't take any cockerels back.
 
The price is for day old - 2 weeks old, after this they will be rise in price weekly.
