This kit contains all the products that we use here on our own hens and thoroughly recommend. If you have a very sick hen this can keep her going until veterinary help can be found.

The kit contains:
- A21 NutriBird - This is a concentrated powdered feed that we have found invaluable here for hens who have stopped eating, we have had fantastic results with this product. Although designed for baby birds such as cockatoo's it is suitable for all birds.
With gut flora stabilisers, prebiotics, digestive enzymes, vitamins, minerals and organic acids to promote digestion which are crucial to getting a birds gut working and them back to health.
Can be fed as a porridge for hens who are eating or as a more watery liquid which can be syringed into the beak of birds who are not feeding ( a syringe is supplied).
Harrisons Fauna Flora 56g - Based on an organic Saccharomyces yeast, Fauna Flora is rich in proteins, amino acids and vitamins. It promotes food breakdown and nutrient absorption whilst acting as a probiotic to help poorly hens recover.
Fauna Flora may be beneficial for:
- Sluggish digestion
- Intestinal bacterial and yeast overgrowth
- Avian diabetes
- Sour crop
- Improper nutrition
- Geriatric animals
- Adjunct to post-operative/convalescent digestion
Super Seeds 2kg - (1kg free) If anything is going to tempt your hens to eat then we have found these are it! It is made up of very tiny seeds that are full of healthy nutrients.
Tip: You could also try adding live mealworms to your order which will give your hens a super boost and the movement of the mealworms can encourage even the weakest hens to start eating.
- Biolink Poultry Tonic - An excellent tonic to add to the hens water. It has a mix of essential vitamins and electrolytes designed specifically for poultry.
- Liquid Paraffin 500ml - Helps to maintain a healthy bowel. Acts as a lubricant to clear any blockages in the gut or colon.
- Syringe - A hen that has stopped eating and drinking can be gently syringe fed with the liquid A21 complete food to keep her hydrated and stimulate her appetite.
