Chicken Boarding Online Booking
For detailed information about our hen boarding service, please firstly read our Boarding Information Page by clicking here.

Please Note: We don't usually offer boarding through the winter months as the boarding field gets very water logged and this is when the risk of Avian Flu increases (usually November- late Feb depending on Defra restrictions).

DROP OFF
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday - Please see opening hours at bottom of page & drop off at a time that suits you, just come up to the shop when you arrive.

Sunday & Tuesday - Please contact us a day or two before to arrange a time. This is essential as there will be no-one here on those days to take your hens but we can usually arrange a collection time to suit.

COLLECTION
When you drop off we will arrange a collection time. During busy periods the hens will remain in their house until midday when we will have to move them to large crates with food and water to enable us to prepare the housing for the afternoons arrivals.
Monday & Wednesday - Saturday - Please check the shop hours at the bottom of the page and come up to the shop when you arrive.
Sunday & Tuesday - If you are collecting Sunday or Tuesday your hens will be boxed up at the time arranged when you dropped them off. They will be placed in the Click & Collect building on the drive just before the time you are due to collect.

PLEASE NOTE:
-
A minimum rate of £40 applies to all bookings. A non-refundable £10 booking deposit is taken online and we request the balance when you drop your hens off.
-
All bookings are provisional and can be cancelled subject to current DEFRA Avian Influenza restrictions and lockdowns.
-
By making a booking you are confirming your chickens are fit & healthy with no disease or illness. There are no cockerels (please contact us first if you need to board cockerels).
-
The address and postcode recorded at the time of booking is essential and must be where the birds are kept, no booking can be taken without a postcode - this is to check on current DEFRA movement restrictions.
